If you're new to me, I am the founder of Diversity Network, a passionate and fast-growing business professionals across the world committed to establishing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace, and bringing about lasting change.

Over the last two decades, far too many companies have been de-prioritising DEI and their own people. Too often, I've seen those with responsibility for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in their organisations become overworked and underpaid.
